Refund Policy

• We have a 48-hour return policy for cases where the received product is damaged, or other than what you have ordered. 
• Product ordered with customisations are not returnable. 
• Every body is different, we make blouses as per standard measurements. Slight variations in fittings are possible. Please check the same before ordering. 
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return, and an unboxing video is required for verification.
• For all returns, you will be responsible for a return shipping fee of ₹299 unless the product is damaged or not as described.

Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, returns will be free of charge, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. An unboxing video is required for claims regarding damages or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as customised products (e.g., special orders in sizes, or change in neckline, pattern, laces, change of fabrics, sleeve addition etc. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.

Note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the current item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.

If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.

Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.

Self-shipping

In-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, or you feel that our pick up charges are higher, you can self-ship the product. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without a justification. However, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve receive and inspect your return shipment, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
