Refund policy

We have a 48-hour return policy for cases where the product is damaged, not as described, or if you don't like the product. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return, and an unboxing video is required for verification.

For all returns, you will be responsible for a return shipping fee of ₹199 unless the product is damaged or not as described.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. An unboxing video is required to verify the product condition.

Once the return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, returns will be free of charge, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. An unboxing video is required for claims regarding damages or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.

Note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the current item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without a justification. However, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
